Dr. Mehmet Şengül has 20 years experience of research and practice in the field of civil law. Over the years, Mehmet Şengül has presented more than 300 expert reports and more than 100 legal opinions to courts and has published numerous books and journal articles in his field of expertise. His areas of expertise are the law of contracts, corporate law, international sales law, the law of property, cadastre and condominium law, construction law, the law of expropriation, urban transformation law, and debt enforcement and bankruptcy law.
